Common questions
My reminders stopped arriving
Check three things, in this order. First, iOS Settings ▸ Notifications ▸ Breathe, Queen — allow notifications, and make sure Lock Screen, Notification Centre and Banners are all on. Second, whether a Focus mode is filtering it. Third, whether the app is paused: open the app and look for a Resume pill at the top of the Today screen.
If all three look right, Settings ▸ Scheduled reminders shows what the app has actually queued with the system.
Why can I only schedule so many a day?
iOS holds a limited number of pending notifications per app and silently discards the rest. Rather than let some of your reminders vanish without telling you, the app works to that budget and warns you on the When screen when a setting would exceed it, with a one-tap fix.
Can I answer without opening the app?
Yes — that is the intended way. Press and hold the notification (or pull it down) and the Yes and No buttons are right there. The app does not open.
Why do I have to sign in?
Only so your history survives a reinstall or a new phone. Everything works offline and is stored on your device; the account is the restore path. See the privacy policy for exactly what is kept.
Does it read my Health data?
No. Breathe, Queen does not connect to Apple Health and asks for no health permissions. The only thing it knows is the yes or no you tap.
Delete your account and data
In the app: Settings ▸ Delete my account, at the bottom of the screen. You will be asked to confirm and to sign in once more, and then it is done — your check-ins, your settings, your profile and your account, gone immediately and permanently. We keep no copy. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Sign in with Apple grant, so the app disappears from your Apple ID settings.
Signing out (Settings ▸ Sign out) is a different thing: it clears the copy on that device and stops the reminders until you sign back in. Your account and everything in it stay exactly where they are.
Lost the device, or can’t get into the app? Email support@wecellc.com from the address on your account and we will do it for you within 30 days.
